From my point of view 🙂
It is quite hard to find the Japanese traditional of something in Tokyo because Tokyo is the most westernized city in Japan. These TOP 3 are not the traditional Japanese sweets but the western sweets arranged by Japanese people in Tokyo.
I think Japanese are very good at creating and arranging with new ideas and variations. In other words, changeable in very short period of time. So I must say please think these TOP 3 around 2019 probably changing soon or now.
